An Applicant Tracking System (ATS) is software that parses, ranks and filters resumes before a recruiter sees them. How does the keyword match work?
Paste the job description and we extract its highest-weight terms — required skills, tools and qualifications — then check which ones appear in your resume. Recruiters search and rank candidate pools by keywords, so overlap with the posting is the strongest factor you control.
What file formats can I check?
Paste plain text, or upload a PDF or TXT file. PDF text is extracted right in your browser. Scanned/image-only PDFs can't be read — which, by the way, is exactly how an ATS fails on them too.
