1. Who we are and what this is
These terms govern your use of ATSGrader and the purchase of the Pro report. The service is operated by NEXUSVIBE S.L. (NIF B70966650), Avenida del Cantábrico 249, 28939 Arroyomolinos, Madrid, Spain, registered at the Registro Mercantil de Madrid, Tomo 46502, Folio 135, Sección 1ª, Hoja M-816510. 2. The service
ATSGrader provides automated, rule-based resume analysis for informational purposes. It estimates how applicant tracking systems and recruiters may evaluate a resume — see our methodology — and does not guarantee interviews, offers, or any particular outcome with any employer. The free scan requires no account and runs entirely in your browser.
3. The Pro report — price and delivery
The Pro report is a one-time purchase of $9 (not a subscription; no recurring charges). It is a flat $9; any applicable VAT is included in that price and never added on top at checkout. Payment is processed by Stripe. Delivery is immediate: completing checkout unlocks the full report for the resume you scanned. The unlock follows that resume — you can rescan and edit it freely — and you can restore it on another device by entering your checkout email or simply re-scanning the same resume. The report is standard web content viewable in any modern browser and printable to PDF; no special software is required.
Order confirmation is sent to your checkout email together with the Stripe receipt. If you spot an input error before paying, you can correct it directly in the Stripe checkout form; the contract is concluded in English.
4. All sales are final
Before you pay, the free scan already shows you the real product — your ATS score, category breakdown, top findings and a keyword-match preview, with no signup and no email. The $9 Pro upgrade simply unlocks the rest of that same analysis, delivered to your device instantly. Because you evaluate the result for free first and the full report is delivered immediately on payment, all purchases are final and non-refundable.
For EU/UK consumers: a 14-day right of withdrawal normally applies to distance purchases, but for digital content delivered immediately it lapses once delivery begins with your prior express consent and acknowledgment (Art. 103.m of the Spanish Consumer Act, mirroring EU and UK rules). By purchasing the Pro report you request immediate delivery and acknowledge that you thereby lose the statutory right of withdrawal.
5. If something doesn't work
The only thing we stand behind is that the product functions: if you pay and the report does not unlock or load due to a technical fault on our side, email gestion@nexusvibe.net and we will fix it so you get what you paid for. This covers technical delivery only — it is not a satisfaction guarantee, since you preview the result for free before buying.
6. Acceptable use
Don't attempt to disrupt the service, scrape or resell it without permission, or use it for unlawful purposes. The analysis engine and reports may be used for your own job search or, with a separate written agreement, in a professional practice.
7. Liability
The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or affects non-waivable consumer guarantees in your country of residence (for example under the Australian Consumer Law).
8. Complaints and dispute resolution
Write to gestion@nexusvibe.net and we will answer within one month. We are not currently adhered to an accredited alternative-dispute-resolution body; if a complaint cannot be resolved between us, we will inform you on a durable medium of a competent accredited ADR entity and whether we will take part in the procedure, as required by Spanish Law 7/2017.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by Spanish law, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protections of the law of your country of habitual residence. If you are a consumer, any dispute may be brought before the courts of your own domicile.
