Who's behind ATSGrader

A resume checker asks you to hand over the most personal document you own — and the category is full of tools that upload it to their servers, wall your score behind a signup, and bill you every month until you remember to cancel. ATSGrader was built as the deliberate opposite of that. Here is exactly who runs it, why it exists, and how it makes money — so you can decide with the full picture.

The company behind it

ATSGrader is built and operated by NEXUSVIBE S.L., a company registered in Madrid, Spain — not an anonymous site that disappears after a launch. Its full legal identity is public and verifiable:

  • Operator: NEXUSVIBE S.L.
  • Tax ID (CIF): B70966650
  • Registered address: Avenida del Cantábrico 249, 28939 Arroyomolinos, Madrid, Spain
  • Commercial registry: Registro Mercantil de Madrid, Tomo 46502, Folio 135, Sección 1ª, Hoja M-816510

The same details are on our legal notice and, for purchases, in the Stripe checkout receipt.

Why we built it

Most people never find out why their applications go unanswered — the resume is filtered by software before a human ever sees it, and no one tells you what tripped it up. The tools that claim to help mostly monetise that anxiety with subscriptions and paywalled scores. We wanted a checker that gives you the score and the top problems free, keeps your resume on your own device, and charges a single fair price for the full fix — not a recurring one.

How your privacy actually works

Privacy here isn't a policy line — it's the architecture. The entire analysis runs in your browser in JavaScript. There is no server that receives your resume, because the code that reads it never leaves your device. That's why we can say we couldn't hand your resume over even if we were asked to — and why you can prove it yourself: turn off your wifi and run a scan. It still works.

How ATSGrader makes money

Straight answer, because “free” tools usually have a catch: the free scan is genuinely free and unlimited. We make money one way only — a single $9 payment unlocks the full report for a resume (every finding with line numbers, the complete keyword-gap table, and rewrite blueprints). It's one-time, not a subscription. We don't sell data — there's nothing to sell, since your resume never reaches us — and we don't run ads on your results. Payments are handled by Stripe; we never see your card details.

The numbers we cite

Our category is also full of folklore — the “75% of resumes are auto-rejected” stat you see everywhere traces back to a single unsourced 2012 article. We don't repeat it. Every figure we publish is linked to a primary source (Harvard Business School, Jobscan, Ladders), laid out on our methodology & sources page, alongside an honest account of what an ATS score can and can't tell you.
